Mc7 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the mc7 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Last updated: 2026. Applicable to all registered users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mc7 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use mc7.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mc7 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
Mc7 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mc7. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. mc7 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to comply may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact mc7 support immediately. mc7 is not liable for any losses arising from third-party use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
User Responsibilities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any unlawful activity on the platform, including fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised access to platform systems. You are also prohibited from using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or exploit mc7.
Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the mc7 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from permitted channels. mc7 does not accept third-party deposits — the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder only.
Mc7 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal pending completion of the identity verification process. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen. mc7 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Any bonus or promotional credits issued to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. mc7 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals if there is evidence of promotional abuse or fraud involving RM transactions in your account.
All deposits and withdrawals are final once confirmed. Users may not reverse any processed transactions. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, you must report it to the mc7 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Mc7 provides its platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. mc7 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including financial losses from betting or service disruptions caused by factors beyond mc7's control, such as network issues, power outages, or force majeure.
Account Suspension and Closure
Mc7 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, or illegal activity. In cases of closure due to a violation, any bonus balance or promotional credits in the account will be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons will have the opportunity to submit an appeal through mc7's official support channels.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mc7 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of mc7 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from mc7.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The mc7 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mc7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to These Terms
Mc7 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the mc7 platform shall be resolved through the designated mechanisms and under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
